Katie sends Nicole baby keepsake gifts

Katie Holmes has sent Nicole Kidman a baby keepsake basket, an insider has revealed.

Pregnant Nicole is due to give birth next month and may be pleased to receive the gifts from her ex-husband's new wife Katie, reported the Star.

According to the insider, 29-year-old Katie, who has a two-year-old daughter with Nicole's ex, Tom Cruise, spent over $2,000 on the presents.

"Katie wanted the best of everything in the basket," said the source, claiming that it was stuffed full of baby keepsake gifts such as toys and blankets.

Tom and Nicole have two adopted children - Connor and Isabella - from their eleven-year marriage.

Nicole is now married to country singer Keith Urban, who surprised her by asking 50,000 of his fans at a concert to wish his wife a happy birthday.

The 41-year-old then joined her husband on stage in Chicago and blew a thank you kiss to the audience.
