Maggie Gyllenhaal is wedding planning
Maggie Gyllenhaal is busy wedding planning, she has revealed.
In an interview with Scottish newspaper the Daily Record, the actress explained that following the making of the new Batman movie, she and fiance Peter Sarsgaard are busy thinking of wedding ideas.
Maggie and Peter, who starred in Boys Don't Cry, have been engaged since 2006, when they announced they were expecting a baby.
Now that daughter Ramona is 21 months old, it seems the couple are finally ready to tie the knot.
The actress told the newspaper that like many women, she wants the picture-perfect wedding albums.
"We don't want to just go to City Hall," Maggie claimed. "I want the fairytale
and I've had many different incarnations of my fantasy wedding dress."
The 30-year-old plays Rachel Dawes in The Dark Knight, a role which has previously been played by Katie Holmes.
However, she was quick to state that her version of the character is "feisty" and she is not walking into Katie's shoes.
