Preserve memories with graduation keepsake box

Memorable souvenirs such as photo albums or frames can make great graduation presents, it has been claimed.

The Asbury Park Press has advised those looking to treat a high school or college graduate this year to choose with care.

Kathy Grannis of the National Retail Federation explained that in view of the current financial climate, gift cards and money are top of the list for graduate presents this year.

However, for those who still want to give something with a more personal touch, a photo frame or a graduate keepsake box, similar to a baby keepsake box, can make perfect presents, the source stated.

Graduate keepsake boxes allow school or college leavers to put all their souvenirs and mementos into one special place and keep their memories safe and some even come with photo albums, it commented.

A recent survey by Decision Analyst for Circuit City found that 44.3 per cent of people would prefer an electronic gift for their graduation, such as a digital camera to fill their photo albums with happy snaps.
