Every February across the country, candy, flowers, jewelry, cards and gifts are exchanged between loved ones, all in the name of St. Valentine. This February, I’d like to encourage you to use St. Valentine’s Day as a reminder to slow down and smell the beautiful roses that you give or receive, visit grandpa in the nursing home with some of those little conversation hearts, kiss your significant other in public, make heart shaped waffles for your children, call your mom to tell her you love her, and if no one else is going to this year, what the heck, get on the horn and send yourself some flowers at the office!

The New Age of Adesso
I facilitate a workshop called “Bridging the Gap: Life Force (Qi) Energy and Life Purpose.” Participants learn to align mind, body, emotion, spirit and dream Life Force Energies to attract momentum, synergy and synchronicity into their lives. This requires being playful, fully present and living in the “now” – the most powerful energy “space” to set intentions and manifest the life our dreams.
Following each presentation, I use Adesso Albums to capture the “energy” of where participants are in setting a powerful intention to living in the now. Under the photo of each three person group, participants are asked to share one example of what living-in-the-now means to them.
The result is a fun, interactive and meaningful way to celebrate the concept of living in the now and the photos and words in the Adesso Albums serve to inspire future workshop participants. Thank you for this beautiful product. My workshops would not be the same without them!
